When will my order be shipped?
If you ordered on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Your order will be shipped on Thursday*.

What are KSpareParts products made of?
KSpareParts products are made of PLA (except screws and bearings). PLA or polylactic acid is a plant-based polymer. KSpareParts only uses PLA from the Prusa brand, which guarantees excellent quality.
How are KSpareParts products made?
KSpareParts products are manufactured using a 3D printer. 3D printing enables 100% French production of all KSpareParts plastic parts, production with minimum waste and diversified products.
Is it possible to customize certain products (colors, layout, etc.)?
Yes, just send us a message detailing your request via the form in the "Contact" tab. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote and delivery date.
I've just broken one of my KSpareParts products. Is it possible to repair it?
Yes, 3D printing and PLA make it easy to repair parts. The use of strong cyanoacrylate glue is recommended for this type of problem.
